Since I moved and stayed at KL for study...I seldom see people selling laksa...they just selling Penang Laksa or Asam Laksa...but not my LEMAK Laksa...sob...sob..:(
Some of my friends asked...what is the different between the ASAM and LEMAK one?? Since then I only know that seldom people know there's LEMAK Laksa...haha...
Lemak laksa...same with the Asam one, just add the coconut milk inside the kuah lor...and the laksa "bihun" is different...thinner than the "bihun" of the Asam Laksa....is more nice :)
p/s: for those who havent try before(LEMAK one :p), feel free to ask me or come and visit my Hometown -->Alor Star KEDAH...haha..i will bring you to "WAH TUA GUAN" for LEMAK LAKSA...haha...because till now i not yet found any restaurant or hawker selling LEMAK LAKSA instead of ASAM LAKSA...
Few days ago, my dad keep asking me want to eat laksa or not...actually he is the one who keep asking my mum to cook but ignored by mummy because there's a lot of stuffs need to prepare...like the chilies, fish and rempah..ect...
BUT~~~but....my mum asked me whether wanna eat or not worr....haha....of course...I said YES...haha...wanna eat since last time I came back...but not have enough time lor...wanna go back to KL ad...haha...so we did it ad....Yeah!!
the BLENDED CHILIES -->Very red lorr...and Smelly too...U can even know how "PED@S" just when U smell it...
the "cooked" FISHES -->Cook it with plain water lor....till COOKED...hehe...dunno how to explain :p...(something like the steamed fish we eat)

The process of making this took us 3 Hours time....quite a long process....
p/s: if I am the one who making this, I WON'T... I will just "da bao" from "WAH TUA GUAN"...i think roughly RM 4++ per serving...hehe :p
