maybe some of you called Apung Balik...as what i called....haha...i don't know..cause when i was searching for the recipe...it appears to be Apam Balik....
being too free at home~~~so i decided to cook something~~~this was my dinner for the night~~~

it turned out to be like this...haha...taste not bad:-pwhy i choosed this??haha...because it was so easy leh....mixed all the flour together...plus the eggs and water...keep into the fridge for few hours....then take it out and pour the mixture into the frying pan....tats all....haha
although the "look" and colour doesn't appeared to be as nice as the apam balik that can get from pasar malam or anywhere....but the taste is good....maybe is because of the "fire volume" not balance enough and i don't know how to control :-p

I didn't make the mixture again purposely..it left out yesterday ...
